Mary O’Brien’s career in finance spans more 18 years with successful businesses in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland and USA. Mary is accredited with 35 Australian banks/lending institutions for Australian properties and 9 New Zealand banks/lending institutions for New Zealand properties.
From a personal investment experience, Mary O’Brien purchased her 1st investment at the age of 19 which she still owns today and has successfully invested in numerous properties since in both Australia and New Zealand.
As a Finance Specialist Mary O’Brien will obtain a loan preapproval, (providing the basic repayment serviceability can be met) from a leading Australian bank/lender prior to her clients looking for Australian property. If clients are from overseas and wish to purchase an Australian property, then this preapproval simply allows the client to totally focus on the trip and confidently react quickly to any opportunity which may present itself.
Many years of experience in all facets of the Mortgage Broking business gives Mary a distinct business advantage when it comes to interacting and following up on your behalf with all the other parties involved in the finance process; the real estate agent, the valuer, the solicitor and of course the banks.
