New Zealand Mortgage Solutions was originally set up by Mary O'Brien in Australia to help New Zealand people and immigrants bring their deposit and stamp duty/set up costs into Australia to purchase their Australian house (as a result of her first experience in her life of paying high stamp duty in Sydney)!!!

New Zealand Mortgage Solutions has helped more Australian and international residents invest in New Zealand "The Land of the Long White Cloud" by obtaining finance for them from a selection of 15 New Zealand banks/financial institutions. These people have been

Originally Mary was a Mortgage Broker in Auckland city for 5 years before going to live in Australia permanently. She continues to look after her past New Zealand clients and returns to New Zealand for business and to see her family. She loves New Zealand and wants to share her thoughts about New Zealand with her clients. She has a holiday house on Coromandel Peninsula in New Zealand and one in New South Wales South Coast beach (Culburra Beach). Her clients and friends visit these houses for a holiday.

Mary also has her own Australian broking agency and is accredited with 35 Australian lenders. This can assist Australians in obtaining their 10% to 20% deposit for their New Zealand purchase.

The most important aspect for New Zealand Mortgage Solutions is to have a happy client from the beginning.
